You may not use SmashWebs to create, publish, host, transmit, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Anything unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.

  • Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person, including unlicensed images, logos, text, or trademarks.
  • Malware, viruses, or code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
  • Spam, bulk or unsolicited messaging, phishing, or deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading practices.
  • Adult or sexually explicit content, or content that is obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that incites violence.
  • Impersonation of any person or entity, or misrepresentation of your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, to breach security or authentication, or to interfere with or overload the platform.
  • High-risk or regulated activities without holding the required licenses and complying with all applicable laws (for example, unlicensed professional, financial, medical, or legal services).
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the platform to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable a site, or suspend or terminate an account, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability. We may also cooperate with law enforcement and preserve or disclose information as permitted or required by law. Nothing in this policy obligates us to monitor content, but we may do so.
